Proposal to the Cityof Santa Ana/ Confidential Association of Santa Ana <br />Compensation Study <br />Staff Qualifications <br />Key Individuals <br />Project Manager <br />We have selected Ms. Andi Bernard to serve as project manager for this engagement because of <br />her strong project management skills and depth of experience with a brood range of classification <br />and compensation studies. <br />Ms. Bernard brings to the CPS HR team over 15 years of experience in public and private sector <br />human resources. Her range of experience includes leave of absence, employee performance, <br />classification and compensation, etc.; advise departments on Human Resources related laws, <br />policies, MQUs, etc. Her experience also includes working for the County of Lake for more than <br />12 years. <br />Her role will be to work directly with the City, CASA and designated stakeholders to (i) ensure the <br />City and CASA's study needs and goals and objectives are understood and accurately <br />communicated to City and CASA management, other key stakeholders, and the CPS HR Project <br />Team; (ii) conduct client meetings; (iii) be responsive to all client requests; (iv) manage the work <br />of the Project Team; (v) meet timeilne and budget expectations; (A) conduct quality control of <br />deliverables; and (vii) meet/provide information/present results to the City and CASA's <br />stakeholders. <br />Consultants and Roles <br />CPS HR has assembled a uniquely qualified team of professionals to assist the City and CASA <br />with Its studies. We are committed to meeting the highest professional standards of quality, <br />therefore team members have been selected for their relevant experience and professional <br />maturity in dealing with project environments such as this. Each of the team members has broad <br />and deep experience in public sector classification and compensation systems and analysis and <br />are readily available to assist the City and CASA with this project. <br />CPS HR A=CONSUlJ-INC Page 17 <br />25B-19 <br />
