Co -managed 300 contingent workers <br />at UPS's distribution center while overseeing the staffers' operational performance, <br />Key accomplishments: <br />■ Managed and increased profitability of a $4M account by customer satisfaction <br />and maximising business development opportunities, <br />■ Successfully filled high volume seasonal -requisitions within three days of request. <br />■ Collaborated with UPS executives to provide flexible and reliable staffing in a <br />challenging work environment and recruiting climate. <br />■ Prepared and presented quarterly business reviews on employees' overall <br />performance as it related to UPS's business goals, <br />On -Premise Supervisor. Supervisory responsibilities over 300 Spherion employees <br />Working at the UPS facility throughout their 24-hour operation.
