STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />1.13 Contract Agreement Statement <br />Dudek has reviewed the standard agreement (Attachment 2 of the RFP) and takes no exceptions to <br />the contract. <br />1.0 Firm and Team Experience <br />The Dudek team is experienced In lake planning, rehabilitation, <br />and design with team member experts in CEQA compliance, <br />resource agency permitting and fisheries, lake design, water <br />quality and treatment systems, site grading and site design, pump <br />station design, and solls and geology. Led by proven, experienced <br />project manager, our project team presents a unique ability to find <br />practical, timely, and cost effective solutions to the City's project <br />challenges. <br />Dudek at a Glance <br />• Employee owned firm <br />founded in 1980 <br />• 12 California offices <br />including a local Orange <br />County office in San Juan <br />Capistrano <br />450+ multi -disciplinary <br />Dudek will serve as the prime consultant providing overall professionals <br />management, engineering, and planning services, and will be Top 150 US Environmental <br />responsible for coordinating with the City. Jonis Smith, PE, CFM, Firm (Engineering News - <br />has over 23 years of experience in the design of lakes, ponds, and Record) <br />basins. Bob Ohlund, PE with over 34 years' of experience in the <br />industry will serve as Principal -In -Charge ensuring the City that all available resources are being used <br />to complete the project on time and budget. The management team Is supported by a qualified group <br />of engineers and environmental permitting and agency experts. This team recently completed the <br />Centennial Park Lake Circulation and Rehabilitation Project Manual. <br />The project team will be comprised of the following key Individuals, with staffing functions as indicated <br />in Figure 1.
