<br />1.E Relevant Project Experience
<br />Dudek is proud of our long tradition of providing high-value consultative and professional engineering
<br />service to municipalities like the City of Santa Ana. As a fully owned subsidiary of Dudek, J. Harlan
<br />Glenn Engineers was the premier lake design consulting firm in the nation. We designed the vast
<br />majority of the local lakes including Tewinkle Park Lake- Santa Ana, Lake Mission Viejo, Rancho
<br />Santa Margarita Lake, Woodbridge Lake -Irvine, East Lake- Yorba Linda, Black Gold Golf Course
<br />Lake- Yorba Linda, Eisenhower Park Lake – Anaheim, Harveston Lake -Temecula, Menifee Lakes,
<br />Heritage Park Lake -Cerritos, Trump International Golf Course Lake #9, and West Lake -Westlake
<br />Village; to name a few.
<br />This section presents similar projects that demonstrate our teams' proven experience in assisting local
<br />agencies with projects similar to the Centennial Park Lake Renovation Project. In particular, Dudek
<br />recently completed design of ponds and basins for City of Santa Maria, Temescal Valley Water
<br />District, Coachella Valley Water District, Eastern Municipal Water District, Valley Center Municipal
<br />Water District, and Western Municipal Water District. These projects offer the same similarities in civil
<br />and basin design, pump station design, water treatment and water quality, and environmental
<br />permitting as the City's project, demonstrating that Dudek provides invaluable first-hand knowledge
<br />and expertise to complete your project.
<br />Our Project Manager, Jonis Smith, PE was the lead design engineer on numerous lakes with J. Harlan
<br />Glenn including Harveston Lake -Temecula, Lake #9 Trump International Golf Course, Heritage Park
<br />Lake -Cerritos, Black Gold Golf Course Lake- Yorba Linda, and Rancho Sahuarita Lake- Rancho
<br />Sahuadta, AZ, Table 3 and 4 is a list of relevant project experience.

<br />Centennial Park Lake Dudek provided civil engineering services for the evaluation and
<br />Rehabilitation Project Manual remediation study for the Centennial Park Lake. Reld work and existing
<br />City of Santa Ana project evaluation included soft sediment samples to analyze the lake
<br />Suzi Fudanic, Project Manager, , bed retardation properties and water samples, taken of the course of
<br />714.571.4241 three months, to monitor the quality of the water. A Lake Operations
<br />Report completed May 2017 and Maintenance Manual was written for the city on urban lake habitat
<br />preservation. The proposed design altematives included recirculation
<br />pumps, aeration pods, manmade reefs, bio -remediation areas, and
<br />educational signage to educate the public of their essential role in
<br />— sustaining the habitat.
<br />The Lakes at Rancho Santa Fe Dudek was contracted to assist, support, and provide consultation to I
<br />Lennar Homes Lennar as necessary to evaluate the current lake and water feature
<br />Jamison Nakaya, Project system designs including aeration, circulation, containment, water '
<br />Manager, 760.601.3100 quality, and fishery & wildlife. Dudek developed design altematives for

<br />recommendations and general consulting for the lake and water feature
<br />construction including, development of construction details and various
