The proposed pathway will run <br />parallel and west of Lincoln Avenue west of the <br />railroad tracks. <br />The qualified Tetra Tech Team will provide the <br />services as listed in the RFP 018.042 and as <br />further described below to the City's satisfaction, <br />engaging the community in the process and <br />employing best Industry practices and best <br />management practices. <br />In general, Tetra Tech will prepare construction <br />plans & specifications (construction contract <br />documents) and engineer's cost estimates for <br />the Lincoln Avenue Pedestrian Pathway between <br />Park Lane and Santiago Creek as well as a <br />connection under the railroad bridge to the existing <br />decomposed granite trail just north of Fairhaven <br />Avenue (approximately 900 feet). <br />V Project Management and <br />Conceptual Design <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND <br />COORDINATION <br />Tetra Tech will be fully responsible for the overall <br />management and coordination for the project, <br />25F-36 <br />TETRATECH 21 <br />
