<br />Engineer for the design of a "total street" reconstruction of 18 blocks
<br />of Shell Beach Road in the City of Pismo Beach, The project entails
<br />Incorporating a new Class 1 bikeway along an existing Caltrans
<br />right-of-way (Highway 101). In addition, the project alms to replace
<br />aging utilities, including: a new 12" water line, new 12" reclaimed
<br />water line, undergrounding power and communication lines, and
<br />new storm drain Improvements. The project will incorporate new
