<br />facilitating safe and attractive
<br />transportation between these two
<br />towns and encouraging alternative
<br />transportation modes. Additionally,
<br />responsible for California
<br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
<br />and National Environmental
<br />Policy Act (NEPA) approval, right-
<br />of-wayacqulsition, permits,
<br />construction documents and grant
<br />administration.
<br />Shell Beach Road Streetscape
<br />Phase I Project, City of
<br />Pismo Beach, Pismo Beach,
<br />CA. Quality Control Manager.
<br />Responsible for the design of a
<br />"total street" reconstruction of
<br />18 blocks of Shell Beach Road
<br />In the City of Pismo Beach. The
<br />project entails Incorporating a
<br />new Class 1 Bikeway along an
<br />existing Caltrans right-of-way
<br />(Highway 101). In addition, the
<br />project alms to replace aging
<br />utilities, including: a new 12 -Inch
<br />water line, new 12 -inch reclaimed
<br />water line, undergrounding power
<br />and comm. lines, and new storm
<br />drain Improvements. The project
<br />will Incorporate new way -finding
<br />and streetscape enhancements
<br />Including: pavement
<br />enhancements at crosswalks and
<br />intersections, full ADA compliance,
<br />street furniture and landscape
<br />improvements (Incorporating Low

<br />adjacent to Pacific Coast Highway.

<br />building workshops. Mr. Richardson

<br />Widening, Phase 7 and Phase 2,
<br />City of Buena Park, CA. Senior
<br />Project Manager. Providing PS&E at
<br />the 75%, 95% and 1005 stages of
<br />the project. Tasks Include providing
<br />the City of Buena Park topographic
<br />survey, demolition plans, street
<br />Improvement plans and profiles,
<br />traffic control plans, signage and
<br />striping, landscape and irrigation,
<br />and cross-sections for street
<br />widening alongthe south side of
<br />Orangethorpe Avenue to Kass Drive.
<br />The project Includes streetscape
<br />enhancements with landscaped and
<br />hardscaped center Island medians
<br />and a city entryway monument.
<br />Scope also includes drainage
<br />calculations and BMP's In order to
<br />meet the requirements of the Santa
<br />Ana Regional Quality Control Board.

<br />Tetra Tech added value through
<br />redesign to reduce impervious
<br />coverage, thus eliminating WQMP

<br />Management, City of Cerritos,
<br />CA. Principal and Senior Project
<br />Manager. Prepared PS&E for two
<br />arterial intersection improvements
<br />and signal modifications, and
<br />managed the geotechnical,
<br />survey, landscape and right-of-way
<br />subconsultants. The Intersections
<br />at Carmenita Road and South
<br />Street and Bloomfield Avenue and
<br />Artesia Boulevard are considered
<br />hot spots for congestion and the
<br />final design raised the level of
<br />service by widening and adding left
<br />turn lanes.
<br />Sunset Boulevard -Coronado
<br />Terrace to Waterloo, Los
<br />Angeles, CA. Project Manager.
<br />Responsible for preparing the
<br />PS&E and management of the
<br />multi -discipline team of structural
<br />engineers, wall specialists,
<br />geotechnical engineers, and
<br />landscape architects for the safety
<br />Improvements along the right-
<br />of-way between Coronado and
<br />Waterloo.
<br />Founders Park Stormwater
<br />Capture Plan, City of Anaheim,
<br />Anaheim, CA. Task Manager.
<br />Oversaw the conceptual design
<br />and the grading, drainage,
<br />Infiltration and water quality for
<br />this historical park. Environmental
<br />challenges included historic
<br />preservation, protection of a large
<br />old flgtree, water conservation,
<br />and onsite drainage and infiltration.
<br />Through value engineering,
<br />was responsible for obtaining
<br />approvals, designing permeable
<br />pavement, and the reusing of an
<br />existing structure basement as an
<br />Infiltration basin.
