1.4 Special Events and Rental of Facilities. Concessionaire agrees that it will <br />not use, or rent, the Facilities for special events of any kind without first seeking prior <br />written approval from the Executive Director. To the extent that Concessionaire desires <br />to provide alcoholic beverages at any of its events, it must first seek and obtain City <br />approval as well as any necessary permits, licenses or other approvals. As a condition to <br />renting the Facilities, or any portion thereof, the Concessionaire shall first provide the <br />City with proof of insurance naming Concessionaire and the City of Santa Ana as <br />additional insureds and the insurance coverage shall comply with the Insurance <br />provisions in Section 7 hereof. <br />1.5 Fees for Use of Facilities. Charges for use of the courts shall be in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />Courts 1-9 <br />Weekdays: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $3.00/hr. per person <br />3:00 pm to close $5.00/hr, per person <br />$1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Courts -9 <br />Weekends: <br />8:00 am to 1:00 pm $5.00/hr. per person <br />1:00 pm to close $3.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00/hr, per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Clay Court <br />Weekdays: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $6,00/lu•. per person <br />3:00 pm to close $8.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Weekends: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $8.00/hr. per person <br />3:00 pm to close $6.00/hr. per person <br />$1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Any change in this fee structure will only be permitted with the prior written <br />approval of the Executive Director and in compliance with any applicable law. <br />1.6 Application. This Agreement only pertains to the tennis courts existing at <br />the time it is executed,; any future tennis courts that may be built during the Tenn hereof <br />are not covered nor included in this Agreement. <br />1.7 Priority Use. Concessionaire agrees that City programs and City residents <br />shall have priority use of the Facilities so long as said programs and residents do not <br />conflict with Concessionaire's regularly scheduled programs.
