City of Santa Ana <br />Impact Statement Impact Summary Findings <br />Impact 4.2-E4: Construction of the Elan Project <br />could result in the disturbance of human <br />remains interred outside of formal cemeteries. <br />The Elan Project area's location is unlikely to <br />producing human remains interred outside of <br />formal cemeteries during ground -disturbing <br />construction activities associated with the <br />project. However, it remains possible that <br />human remains could be discovered during <br />construction of the Elan Project. <br />2. CEQA Findings <br />paleontological resources from implementation <br />of the proposed project would be less than <br />significant. <br />Finding 1. Changes or alterations have been <br />required in, or incorporated into the project <br />which avoid, substantially lessen, or reduce the <br />magnitude of the significant environmental <br />effect. <br />Implementation of mitigation measure MM -OZ <br />4.4-5 from the MEMU EIR would ensure that <br />any impacts on human remains would be <br />reduced to less than significant. <br />Hazards and Hazardous Materials <br />Impact 4.4-E2: Construction activities There is a possibility that historic land uses at Finding 1.
