If needed, a Site Health and Safety Plan that meets <br />Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements shall be prepared <br />and in place prior to commencement of work in any contaminated area. <br />MM -OZ 4.6-5 Prior to initiation of construction activities, any development within the Overlay <br />Public Works Project Prior <br />Zone shall have a completed traffic control plan, prepared by the developer that <br />applicant to/during <br />will be implemented during construction activities.
