The plan shall <br />incorporate water quality measures for all improved phases of the project. <br />- <br />(c) Location of the BMPs shall not be within the public right-of-way. <br />MM -OZ 4.7-2 Prior to issuance of grading permits, future development projects in the Overlay <br />Public Works Project Prior to <br />Zone shall submit a Hydrology and Hydraulic Study to the Public Works <br />applicant issuance of <br />Department for review and approval.
