(dba Energy Retrofit Co.), for <br />the term beginning September 4, 2018, through December 28, 2018, <br />to provide and install advanced energy-efficient lighting fixtures <br />and controls at the Police Department Administration Building, in <br />an amount not to exceed $656,847 inclusive of a 4% contingency in <br />the amount of $24,519, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018- <br />206). <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with Southern California Edison to provide a $526,499 <br />no -interest On -Bill Financing Loan and $115,348 in incentives to <br />fund RFP No. 18-069, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
