City of Santa Ana <br />Tetra Tech is currently providing <br />engineering services to prepare <br />plans, specifications, and <br />cost estimates (PS&E) for <br />the Templeton to Atascadero <br />Connector Trail. The project is a <br />multi -use path, roughly one mile <br />in length, connecting northern <br />Atascadero to southern -Templeton <br />between the Salinas River to <br />the east and Highway 101 to the <br />west, The Union Pacific Railroad <br />(UPRR) track bisects the site. The <br />Improvements Include a Class I <br />pathway with a clear span bridge <br />over Paso Robles Creek and a <br />railroad track under crossing. <br />The project scope includes <br />completing and managing the <br />Caltrans Local Assistance and <br />Environmental Department <br />requirements and reports <br />necessary for implementing a <br />Federal Highway Administration <br />20 DESIGN SERVICES RFP NO.: 1M42 <br />and State Highway Administration <br />grant funded project.
