<br />Impact Development (LID) design techniques, a critical part of the
<br />design. Elements such as bloswale/bioretention areas, grass areas,
<br />and planters are Integrated Into the design of the transit center, These
<br />Lip elements will be constructed to prevent an Increase In storm water
<br />volume as well as storm water Infiltration and to filter storm water
<br />runoff. The LID elements will be sized to meet the requirements set by
<br />the City's Standard Urban Storm Water Mitigation Plan (SUSMP),
<br />Oso Creek Multi -Use Trail, City of Laguna Niguel, Laguna

<br />the preparation of drainage and water quality portions of the final
<br />plans, specifications, and estimates for a multiuse trail along the
<br />western edge of Forbes Road, between Its terminus at the Three
<br />Flags Commercial Center to the north and the Metrolink Commuter
<br />Rail Transit Station to the south, This multi -use trail included a
<br />12-foot wide pervious asphalt section adjacent to a 10-foot wide
<br />decomposed -granite section, The AC trail serves as the Orange County
<br />Flood Control District's maintenance road for the Oso Creek Channel.
