Responsible <br />for the roadway design, <br />eonstruetabllity and bid document <br />reviews, The project scope included <br />lowering Raymond Avenue below <br />the BNSF tracks and Valencia <br />Drive, a local road located adjacent <br />to the tracks, to alleviate existing <br />and potential Impacts to motorists <br />and the environment. The BNSF <br />corridor runs east/west through <br />the City of Fullerton. Raymond <br />Avenue is one of three remaining <br />at -grade crossings on arterial <br />streets within the city. The project <br />was one of seven grade separation <br />projects designed along the BNSF <br />Orangethorpe Railroad Corridor <br />under the program management of <br />OCTA.
