Mr. Pray <br />University of Georgia <br />has comprehensive knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3-D software and <br />B.S. Landscape Architocture, <br />experienced in conceptual design, master plan development to plan <br />101 <br />set production, In addition, Mr. Pray has a solid understanding of <br />Years of Experience <br />site planning including grading, drainage and the incorporation of <br />environmentally sound design solutions. <br />25 <br />Relevant Experience <br />Simon Ranch Reservoir Replacement, Tustin, CA, Assisted <br />in the development of the landscape design for the reservoir site. <br />Native and drought tolerant landscape material was selected to <br />complement the existing plantings that were preserved and to <br />enhance the new slopes. <br />Los Angeles Avenue (SR•118), City of Moorpark, Moorpark, <br />CA. Assisted In the plan production for 1.2 miles of road widening, <br />new medians, enhanced paving, and right�ofiway enhancement. <br />Native and drought tolerant landscape material was selected to <br />complement the existing plantings, reduce water -use, utilize solar <br />powered irrigation controllers to reduce maintenance and increase <br />worker safety. <br />Liberty Utilities Compton East Reservoir and Booster Pump <br />Station, Compton, CA, Developed the landscape design and <br />irrigation for the reservoir site, Large boulder accents and a cobble <br />stone dry creek feature was incorporated with native and drought <br />tolerant landscape material <br />Cadastral Modernization Program Navy Region Northwest <br />(Phase ill). Support member of the CMP Phase III Mod to <br />resolve the cadastral discrepancies found during Phase 11 of the <br />program regarding the following installations within NAVFAC NW <br />area of responsibility: Naval Base Kitsap, NAVSTA Everett, NAS <br />Whidbey Island and CNI NAVMAG Indian Island. Resolution to the <br />discrepancies Include: existing RESMs, iNFADS property record cards <br />and Geodatabases for the Northwest Region. <br />El Tamarindo Rolf Club, Manzanillo, Mexico, Assisted In the <br />plan production for an 18 hole golf club. The project included the <br />development 50 golf ranch lots and 50 coastal view lots, Responsible <br />for the preparation of all golf course construction documents <br />Including: grading, drainage, staking, grassing, landscape, lake <br />systems and specification details to implement design concepts. <br />San Carlos Golf Club, San Carlos, Mexico. Assisted in the <br />plan production for an 18 hole golf club renovation, The project <br />included the renovation of tees, greens, fairways and sand bunkers. <br />Responsible for the preparation of all golf construction documents. <br />
