CERTIFICATIONS <br />Appendix <br />ATTACHMENTS -3: NON-DISC'RIMMATION CERTIFICATION <br />CERTIFICATIONS <br />The undersigned consultant or corporate officer, during the performance of this contract, cardfies as <br />follows; <br />1. The Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of <br />race, color, religion, sex, or national origin Tiro Consultant shall take aRirmativo notion to ensure <br />that applicants arc employed, and that omployoos are treated during employment without, regard to <br />their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
