<br />Mr. Mull has experience in complex hydrology and hydraulic
<br />modeling and analysis. He has been involved in preparation of
<br />runoff management plans for developments within the
<br />Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San
<br />Bernardino, He has recently been involved in the technical
<br />review of a Master Plan of Drainage for the County of Orange,
<br />under contract to the County. He performed complex 2D
<br />hydraulic simulation of sub -surface and surface flooding for the
<br />World Trade Center in New York City, 2D XP-SWMM modeling
<br />of flooding within the City of Redlands. Among other complex
<br />and interesting projects, Tim just completed a Master Plan of
<br />Drainage for the City of South San Francisco, a project
<br />requiring complex hydrology and 2D flood simulation and
<br />involving Radar Rainfall Estimation for Modeling.

<br />Mr. Mull also has experience in roadway drainage and has I Toastmasters International, Member
<br />prepared several plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) as
<br />well as hydrologic and hydraulic reports for public and private
<br />sector clients for projects within the Counties of Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino. He has recently
<br />completed the preparation of drainage PS&E for the Foothill Parkway Westerly Extension Project for the
<br />City of Corona, in Riverside County (now under construction) , the Alton Parkway Extension for the County
<br />of Orange & City of Lake Forest, and preparation of drainage PS&E for Tract Developments within the City
<br />of Beaumont. He is currently involved in the preparation of drainage PS&E for the Santiago Hill II -South
<br />Tract Development for the Irvine Community Development within the City of Orange, in the County of
<br />Orange.
<br />Project Experience
<br />Heritage Fields Drainage and Water Quality Master Plans, Fivepoint Communities (formerly
<br />Heritage Fields EI Toro, LLC), Irvine, California. Project Engineer. He was responsible for complex
<br />hydrology modeling involving complex detention basin, water quality basin and channel routing. This
<br />project involved use of County approved programs such as AES, WSPGW, and HEC -RAS, He was also
<br />responsible for providing support in preparation of drainage master plan report. The scope included a
<br />regional hydrology, master planning of backbone facilities, and GIS mapping for the overall Heritage Fields
<br />project. The project encompasses 850 acres of the former EI Toro Marine Corps Air Station and borders
<br />the Great Park. It will provide approximately 1,100 residential dwelling units together with two golf courses,
<br />riparian corridors, lake features, and trail connections. The master plan of drainage included six regional
<br />watersheds (Marshburn, Bee Canyon, Agua Chinon, Borrego, Serrano, and Upper San Diego Creek)
<br />passing through the project site and a master plan of water quality for all districts of Heritage Fields( -

<br />Design of Recharge Basin at the Victoria Site, Western Municipal Water District, California. Project
<br />engineer for the preliminary design of the pilot test began in February 2016, including review of data from
<br />previous site surveys and subsurface investigations. Data from these studies was used to develop a plan for
