Environmental m Facilities ® Geotechnical ® Materials <br />Record Review and <br />Sampling Plan <br />1 — 4 days <br />Initial meeting scheduled, existing records obtained and review performed. <br />Task complete by August 5. <br />Survey, Testing & <br />The survey schedule will depend upon on the size and extent of the survey. <br />Laboratory <br />For example, a small-scale restroom renovation may require one (1) day, <br />Analysis <br />10 days <br />whereas a large building renovation where coordination with multiple <br />departments and possibly architects are involved may require up to two (2) <br />weeks. Task complete by August 19 <br />Report Preparation <br />5 days <br />A comprehensive survey report will be prepared and delivered to the City in <br />and Distribution <br />one 1 week. Task complete by August 26. <br />Timely receipt of the following will greatly help us to meet your important deadlines. <br />• A signed NTP evidencing acceptance of this scope of services <br />® Right of entry to conduct the assessment, including access to building interiors <br />Lm Notification of any restrictions or special requirements (such as confidentiality, <br />scheduling, or on-site safety requirements) regarding accessing the site <br />im An accurate legal description and/or a diagram of the site such as a surveyor's plat map <br />or scaled architect's drawing (if such diagrams exist) <br />n Copies of environmental reports, permits and registrations, and geotechnical reports that <br />were previously prepared for the site <br />* We requeste that an on-site contact person and other key individuals who may have <br />knowledge of the history of the property be identified and made available during our site <br />visit. <br />® Access to all areas of the buildings, including the roof(s), attic(s) mechanical and <br />electrical rooms, fire equipment and all tenant spaces. An exterior extension ladder will <br />be utilized to access the roof of the single family residence and the gas station. The <br />ladders will be compliant with OSHA standards. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />This proposal and separately provided fee proposal were prepared based on the following <br />assumptions: <br />• Client will provide to Terracon, prior to mobilization, legal right of entry to the site (and <br />other areas if required) to conduct the scope of services. <br />• Client will notify Terracon, prior to mobilization, of any restrictions, special site access <br />requirements, or known potentially hazardous conditions at the site (e.g., hazardous <br />materials or processes, specialized protective equipment requirements, unsound <br />structural conditions, etc.) <br />• Work can be performed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 am <br />to 7:00 pm). <br />• OSHA compliant extension ladders will be utilized for accessing the roof and canopies at <br />the subject properties. <br />• Traffic control services are not required. <br />• The site is readily accessible by truck. <br />If any of these assumptions or conditions are not accurate or change during the project, the <br />stated fee may be subject to change.
