Lead and mentor responsibilities over analysts and <br />recruiters for employee relations, recruiting, classification and compensation, and leave <br />management for a variety of County of Riverside Special Districts and the Department of <br />Mental Health, Individual responsibilities included employee relations, performance <br />management, classification and compensation, organizational development, and leave <br />management. <br />'Key accomplishments: <br />■ Implemented performance management system and evaluation training to <br />departmental management to increase employee productivity, <br />Implemented a leave management system to return employees to work or <br />manage their leave time expeditiously, and reduced the number of employees out <br />unnecessarily. <br />Established and maintained rapport with all levels of management to reduce <br />misconduct and discrimination cases with preventative strategies. <br />■ Built positive working relationships with union representatives Instilling credibility <br />as a misconduct Investigator and, as a result, carried unchallenged cases, <br />Human Resources Analyst II.
