Dale Carnegie ICs Certified Trainer Certification Process - <br />Live in Person Certification <br />Our trainer development process is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Before becoming a trainer, <br />candidates must undergo rigorous development with frequent check prsints and consistent <br />evaluation at every level. Before delivering any of our products, trainers will receive a minimum <br />of 25B hours of training. <br />Once a candidate has completed the Trainer Certification process and is successfully certified, <br />he or she can participate in additional trainer development programs aimed at expanding skills <br />in delivering specific curricula, such as Leadership Mactiveness skills. These programs are Reid <br />quarterly in a four-day in person format.
