Harbor Boulevard <br />Anaheim, CA 92805 <br />Notice to Santa Ana Police Department: <br />Investigations Bureau <br />60 Civic Center Plaza <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />Notice required by this Agreement shall be effective when deposited in the United States mail, first class <br />postage prepaid. <br />Alteration of Terms: <br />This MOU fully expresses all understanding of the parties, and is the total agreement between the <br />parties as to the subject matter of this MOU. No addition to, or alteration of the terms of this MOU by <br />the parties, whether written or verbal, shall be valid unless made in the form of a written amendment to <br />this MOU, which is formally approved and executed by the parties. <br />Commitment: <br />The partnering agencies have already established institutional integrity amongst the community they <br />serve and expertise in their agency roles; carefully structuring new programs and projects will only help <br />to fill gaps in the county rather than duplicate services. The history of our respected relationships with <br />each other as law enforcement serves as a demonstration of the commitment on the part of both project <br />partners to work together to achieve the following goals: 1) Conduct proactive investigations of sex <br />trafficking and labor trafficking crimes within Orange County and to support the prosecution of such <br />crimes on state and federal levels, 2) Increase the identification of all forms of human trafficking within <br />Orange County, 3) Offer a comprehensive array of restorative services to victims of all types of human <br />
