performance of this MOU. Each party shall be responsible for the acts, errors or omissions and conduct <br />of its own employees and carry sufficient insurance, including worker's compensation, to cover its <br />employees pursuant to its insurance requirements. <br />Contingency of Funds: <br />The parties acknowledge that funding or portions of funding for this MOU may be contingent upon <br />budget approval, receipt of funds from, and/or obligation of funds by local or the Office of Justice <br />Programs. <br />Confidentiality: <br />The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of joint and individual records and information pursuant <br />to all statutory laws relating to privacy and confidentiality that currently exist or exist at any time during <br />the term of this MOU. <br />Assignment: <br />Neither party hereto shall have the right, directly or indirectly, to assign, transfer, convey or encumber <br />any of its rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. <br />Termination: <br />Any of the parties may terminate this MOU, with or without cause, upon 30 days' written notice given to <br />the other parties. <br />Notice: <br />Any notice required to be given under this MOU shall be in writing and addressed as follows: <br />7 <br />
