Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER -2017-48 was <br />filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $471,500, which includes the construction contract, administration, inspection, testing, <br />surveying, and an authorized contingency of $37,720.
