Approving Variance No. 2018-10 as conditioned. <br />Executive Summary <br />Richard Finkel, representing Russell Fischer LP, is requesting approval of a general plan <br />amendment to re -designate the property at 301 North Tustin Avenue from Professional & <br />Administrative Office (PAO) to General Commercial (GC), an amendment application to rezone <br />the properties at 301 and 325 North Tustin Avenue from Professional (P) to General Commercial <br />(C2), a conditional use permit to allow an eating establishment with drive-through service at 301 <br />North Tustin Avenue, and a variance to reduce the required yards at 325 North Tustin Avenue. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75B-5 <br />
