Additionally, since the trees have already been delivered, and the volunteers are driving themselves to the location of planting, the City will not require auto insurance coverage. The waiver attached to the agreement should be the only information required. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also, please let the Risk Management staff (Samantha Lambert, Francine Romero, and me) know, via email, when the date(s) of planting will begin and end.
