j <br />City of Santa Ana <br />2.5 BID PROPOSAL EVALUATIONS <br />2.5.1 Competitive Process <br />The Proposal Grading Panel will evaluate and rate each bid proposal according <br />to established criteria. The following evaluation criteria, with a maximum of 500 points, <br />will be utilized by the Proposal Grading Panel to rate each proposal: <br />At the conclusion of the evaluation process, the Proposal Grading Panel will make a <br />final contract award recommendation(s), which will be presented to the Santa Ana City <br />of Santa Ana Council. The City of Santa Ana Council may accept the professional <br />Grading Panel's award recommendation and award the contract pursuant to that <br />recommendation.
