0 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Following an initial bid proposal evaluation process, the grading panel will select finalists <br />for possible onsite visits and oral presentations. Oral presentation concerning the <br />Proposer's proposal, all of which may be videotape recorded, will be limited to 30 <br />minutes per presentation. During the oral presentations the Proposal Grading Panel will <br />listen to the Proposer's presentation and may ask questions of the Proposers and/or <br />request amplification, explanation, or further information regarding their proposal. <br />Additional presentation time may be allotted at the sole discretion of the panel. <br />2.6 ADMINISTRATIVE <br />2.6.1 Oral Presentations <br />Oral presentations may be requested of all Proposers at any time throughout the <br />procurement process. <br />2.6.2 Proprietary Information <br />All bid proposals and documents submitted in response to this RFP shall become <br />the property of the City. It is the responsibility of each Proposer to clearly identify any <br />and all information contained in their bid proposal that it considers to be confidential <br />and/or proprietary. To the extent that City of Santa Ana agrees with that designation, <br />and it is consistent with the Public Record Act requirements, the City of Santa Ana will <br />seek to protect that information from disclosure. All other information will be considered <br />public. However, all information regarding the procurement process will not be <br />disclosed to the public or be subject to disclosure pursuant to the California Public <br />Records Act (Government Code §6250 et seq.) during the deliberative process, until <br />such time as evaluations have been completed and final award recommendations have <br />been made to the Council. In the event that a demand is made for disclosure of <br />information designated by a Proposer as being "confidential and/or proprietary," City of <br />Santa Ana will notify the Proposer in writing of such demand and shall furnish a copy of <br />City's written response to the requestor.
