(Requires five <br />affirmative votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2019-041 - Recognizing <br />$39,999.69 in Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs Bulletproof <br />Vest Partnership Program grant funds in the Department of Justice Grant <br />Fund revenue account and appropriate same to the Department of Justice <br />Grant Fund — Programs expenditure account. <br />20B. FOR <br />BODY -WORN CAMERA EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 1, 3A) — Police Department <br />MOTION: <br />1. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes). <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2019-042 - Recognizing <br />$99,291 in U.S. Department of Justice Body -Worn Camera Policy and <br />Implementation grant funds in the Department of Justice Grant Fund <br />revenue account and appropriate same to the Department of Justice <br />Grant Fund — Programs expenditure accounts. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the <br />attached Grant Award (2018 -BC -BX -0016) and Special Conditions <br />documents with the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice <br />Programs accepting $99,291 in U.S. Department of Justice Body - <br />Worn Camera Policy and Implementation grant funds to enhance <br />the Santa Ana Police Department's body -worn camera program, for <br />the period of October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2021, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT.
