We have <br />created an inclusive <br />community through <br />encouraging open <br />communication, <br />collaboration and <br />respect. We plan to <br />continue in this vein <br />as we expand and <br />diversify our <br />workforce even <br />further. <br />We have asked our employees to self -identify their sexual orientation. Their <br />responses were voluntary, and from those who participated we found that 7% of <br />our workforce identifies with the LGBTQ+ Community. We recognize this is an <br />area that we need to focus on as we grow ourteam. <br />Employee Engagement <br />Through our company we engage and empower our employees to give back. <br />We know how difficult it can be to start a business which is why we always try to <br />support local first and whenever possible. During two team social hours hosted <br />at our headquarters, we contracted Soho Tacos, a Santa Ana based business, <br />which reinvested $3,000 into a local Santa Ana business. <br />We plan to expand our employee engagement as our team grows to include <br />volunteer days in the community in which employees can take a Volunteer <br />Time -Off (VTO) included in our employee handbook. <br />Furthermore, we would like to encourage our employees to consider alternative <br />transportation which includes carpooling, vanpooling, public transportation, <br />81 Page <br />
