CITY OF SANTA ANA may terminate the Agreement immediately if the <br />OCFA Fire Chief or designee (in their reasonable discretion) <br />determines that continued operations by CONTRACTOR following the <br />breach would constitute a danger to the public health, safety or general <br />welfare. <br />3.7 INSURANCE <br />Contractor must provide, to the satisfaction of the City of Santa Ana and <br />OCFA, insurance in accordance with the following requirements: <br />3.7.1 Certificates of Insurance <br />Prior to beginning the provision of 9-1-1 Emergency Transportation <br />Service under this Agreement, CONTRACTOR must provide to the satisfaction of <br />the CITY OF SANTA ANA and OCFA, certificates of insurance and <br />endorsements evidencing the policy or policies of insurance in the types and <br />amounts set forth below. CONTRACTOR shall at all times during the term of this <br />Agreement carry, maintain, and keep in full force and effect, the following <br />minimum scope of insurance coverage: <br />A. Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount not less than <br />$10,000,000 per occurrence, written on an occurrence form. If the <br />policy carries an annual aggregate, such aggregate shall be in an <br />amount not less than $10,000,000 per occurrence. <br />B. Ambulance Medical Malpractice Insurance in an amount not less than <br />$3,000,000 per occurrence. If the policy carries an annual aggregate, <br />such aggregate shall be in an amount not less than $6,000,000 per <br />occurrence.
