Joint Santa Ana Unified School District and City Council Committee <br />o Meet semi-annually (April and October) <br />o Lead Agency is the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />Ad Hoc Committees may be convened for any other policy direction required including <br />technology, transportation, transparency, communications, infrastructure, personnel, and <br />parks and recreation matters. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability, Objective #1 (Establish a comprehensive community engagement <br />initiative to expand access to information and create opportunities for stakeholders to play an <br />active role in discussing public policy and setting priorities). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Council committees make recommendations for City Council consideration; thus no fiscal <br />impacts associated with this action.
