The <br />report includes tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule for all projects is available on the City's website at: <br />https://www.santa-ana ore/sites/default/files/pw/documents/Executive-Monthly-CIP-Update-January-2019 pdf <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant matters related to the Public Works <br />Agency: <br />South Main Street Corridor Improvements <br />Plans are underway to implement the "South Main Vision Plan". The Plan calls for greater <br />walkability by implementing traffic calming mechanisms, enhanced crosswalks, pedestrian level <br />street lighting, street trees, landscaping, parklets, site furnishings and metered parking. Survey, <br />geotechnical studies, utility coordination, and traffic studies have been completed. The Contract <br />Documents are currently 60% complete and an internal review is being conducted. Contract <br />Documents are slated to be completed and released for Bid Advertisement in Fiscal Year <br />2019/20. <br />Raitt Street Rehabilitation (McFadden to Civic Center) <br />This project is in the early design phase, with a tentative completion date scheduled for late <br />Summer or early Fall of 2019. The project includes repair, replacement, and construction of curb <br />and gutter, sidewalk and curb ramp, and reconstruction and replacement of existing pavement. <br />This project intersects with the OC Streetcar project enhancements, as segments of the storm <br />drain system from 1St Street to 5th Street will be improved in a coordinated effort.
