SECTION 10 — Off-street parking standard in Specific Development No 93 (a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for the project are as follows: (1) Capacity for of a minimum of 2.0 spaces per unit shall be provided including but not limited to use of valet parking, mechanical lifts, and/or tandem parking, subject to approval of the Executive Director of the Planning and Building Agency. (6) A minimum of ten (10) bicycle spaces shall be provided onsite. The design and materials shall comply with the approved materials board submitted for the project during building plan check. (7) Prior to final approval for occupancy or the issuance of the certificate of occupancy a parking management plan shall be submitted to the Planning Division for review, identifying parking per unit, and guest parking.
