Development Agreement No. 2018-01, General Plan Amendment No. 2018-06, <br />and Amendment Application No. 2018-10 to allow the construction of a 476 -unit <br />multi -family apartment project at the property located at 2525 North Main Street on <br />February 5, 2019, at which time, all interested persons were given full opportunity <br />to be heard and present evidence. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana after conducting the public <br />hearing and based upon the finding and determination articulated in Section 1 above, <br />hereby: <br />a. Does not certify Final EIR No. 2018-01 and does not adopt the findings <br />of fact, the statement of overriding considerations, and the Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program for the proposed project. <br />b. Denies Development Agreement No. 2018-01, General Plan <br />Amendment No. 2018-06, and Amendment Application No. 2018-10 <br />Appeal No. 2018-02. This decision is based upon the evidence <br />submitted at the abovesaid hearing, which includes, but is not limited <br />to: the Request for Council Action dated February 5, 2019, the <br />Request for Planning Commission Action dated January 14, 2019, and <br />exhibits attached thereto; and the public testimony, written and oral, all <br />of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />ADOPTED this _ day of 2019. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
