RHNA progress is reported annually to the state and is tracked by the number <br />of building permits issued at the time that the report is completed. From 2014 to 2017, building <br />permits were issued for 916 dwelling units, approximately 59 percent of the overall target; 87 <br />very low, 70 low and 10 moderate units remain to fulfill the City's Regional Housing Need <br />Allocation.
