AMEND AGREEMENTS WITH PROJECT PARTNERS, INC., INTERWEST <br />CONSULTING GROUP, AND PENCO ENGINEERING, INC., TO INCREASE THE <br />AGGREGATE LIMIT FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1C} - Public <br />Works Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute amendments to the agreements to increase by $500,000, the <br />shared aggregate not-to-exceed amount to $1,000,000 for Engineering, Technical, <br />and Administrative Support Services, for the remaining term of the agreement, <br />beginning February 5, 2019 through September 3, 2021, including the two-year <br />renewal option, if needed, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and the City Attorney with the following: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Project Partners, Inc. (AGMT. No. 2019-XXX); <br /> <br />2.Interwest Consulting Group (AGMT. No. 2019-XXX) and <br /> <br />3.Penco Engineering, Inc. (AGMT. No. 2019-XXX) <br /> <br /> <br />25C. APPROVE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MERCY HOUSE <br />LIVING CENTERS, INC. FOR THE LINK SHELTER {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 1, <br />6; 5, 4; 5, 6} – Community Development Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a second amendment to the agreement with Mercy House <br />Living Centers, Inc., to authorize the expenditure of the second year contingency in <br />the amount not to exceed $250,000 for the Santa Ana interim Emergency Homeless <br />Shelter (The Link), subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25D. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS TO <br />PROVIDE A REVISION TO THE ORANGE COUNTY ACTIVE SHOOTER <br />INCIDENT DRILL TOOLKIT {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1,6} – Police Department <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Willdan Homeland Solutions for the period of <br />February 5, 2019 through March 31, 2019, to provide one revision of the Orange <br />County Active Shooter Incident Drill Toolkit in an amount not to exceed $28,950, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney <br />(AGMT.
