I enjoyed meeting everyone and learning a little about how the City of <br />Santa Ana is currently using the CivicRec software to support the Parks, Services <br />and Community Services Agency's (Agency) needs. <br />This proposal will identify AEF Systems Consulting, Inc.'s (AEF) role in <br />providing consulting services to the City of Santa Ana (City) to review in detail <br />how the , City is utilizing the CivicRec software and provide options for an <br />expanded use of the software. This proposal describes our approach to <br />conducting this project for the City. <br />Scope and Approach <br />The City implemented CivicRec in December 2017 to handle their recreation <br />software needs throughout the Agency. The implementation of the software <br />went very well and it appears staff is comfortable now in using the software. <br />To ensure the City takes full advantage of the software, and receives true value <br />for its investment, you have asked AEF to provide support with reviewing the <br />existing features implemented and provide any suggestions to enhance the <br />current use of the software as well as look to add some additional features. These <br />features include the following: <br />■ Implement the use of credit cards at all City recreation facilities. <br />■ Determine how to best incorporate the Zoo ticketing and membership <br />activities into CivicRec. <br />• Determine if League Management can be implemented. <br />■ Assess how facility reservations are being processed. <br />■ Look at Point of Sale and Membership features for use in the City. <br />
