OC neighborhoods. They are also always surprised <br />that such a great neighborhood exists in Santa Ana. <br />2526 is NOT the place for high density housing that <br />would overshadow and negatively impact a <br />valuable, well established neighborhood. High <br />density housing is widely and well documented to <br />devalue family neighborhoods, increase crime, <br />traffic accidents and congestion and erode the sense <br />of community that supports safe stable <br />neighborhoods. <br />This high density project and rezoning at 2525 Main <br />is not appropriate here and would devalue the <br />existing neighborhood. <br />Sincerely, <br />Julie Tomlinson <br />Park Santiago Resident <br />
