14. After the EIR was presented as final the City admitted the final EIR is incorrect. The location of the <br />emergency access drive approach as proposed will potentially impact three of the existing 100 foot, <br />100 -year old palm trees located within the public right-of-way on Edgewood. With the widening of <br />Edgewood the remaining 100 foot palms could be impacted as well. The point, and other issues were <br />ignored or overlooked when the city issues the Final EIR. <br />15. Simple equation. We have not increased the size of the city. Santa Ana density will continue to <br />increase.
