The guide vane levers and spindles are match <br />marked to permit easy resetting should the mechanism be disturbed. <br />The guide vane levers are regulated by the operating ring via an <br />individual link mechanism regulates the guide vane levers. All moving <br />Draft Tulle Fabricated Carbon Steel Plate to BS EN 10025:1993 5275 <br />Tapered pipe with flange suitable for connection to turbine <br />discharge. <br />Dismantling Joint A Viking Johnson flanged dismantling joint is included. The <br />dismantling joint will be located between the turbine inlet pipe and <br />the main inlet valve to assist alignment and disassembly of the <br />turbine inlet pipework for maintenance purposes. <br />Foundation Bolts All necessary foundation bolts plus a generous supply of packing <br />pieces for installation setting up purposes are included. <br />Painting All Components were required will be painted in accordance with <br />Gilkes current standard Paint system. <br />19H-92 <br />pins are carried in renewable self-lubricating bronze bushes. <br />Guide Vane <br />Material Fabricated Carbon Steel Plate to BSEN 10025 Gr 5275 JR <br />Operating Ring <br />The operating ring will be connected to the turbine guide vane <br />mechanism and operated by an Electric or Hydraulic actuator. <br />Guide Vane <br />The guide vane operator will regulate water flow <br />Operator <br />The operator will be fitted with: - <br />a) End of travel and intermediate limit switches. <br />b) Linear variable displacement transducer. <br />Inlet Pipe <br />Material Fabricated Carbon Steel to BSEN 10025 Gr 5275 JR. <br />The inlet pipe will be flange connected to the turbine case. <br />The plain upstream end will be machined for connection to a flanged <br />dismantling joint, (included in our supply). <br />The inlet pipe will be supplied with 1 off pressure transducer and dial <br />type pressure gauge. <br />Outlet Bend <br />Material Ductile Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron to BS 1563 450/10 <br />Draft Tulle Fabricated Carbon Steel Plate to BS EN 10025:1993 5275 <br />Tapered pipe with flange suitable for connection to turbine <br />discharge. <br />Dismantling Joint A Viking Johnson flanged dismantling joint is included.
