Mayor Pulido closed the Public Hearing 9:54 <br />P.M. <br />Council discussion ensued. <br />Councilmember Iglesias, requested staff to provide development project <br />overview, outline studies performed, traffic and parking considerations, and a <br />project comparison to other projects developer is pursuing. Expressed concern <br />as to project density and need to place community needs first. Requested staff <br />to provide estimated timeframe for revised development project to return to <br />Planning Commission for consideration. <br />Public Hearing Item 75E discussion recessed at 10:10 P.M. and reconvened at <br />10:24 P.M. <br />Council discussion continued. <br />Executive Director of Planning and Building Safety, Minh Thai, provided City <br />Council with development overview and studies performed, considerations <br />towards parking requirements, and noted density plan carries with the property. <br />CEQA Consultant, Renee Escario, provided City Council with overview and <br />development comparison between developer's current projects. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />10A-8 <br />FEBRUARY 19, 2019 <br />
