Murphy Consistent with Cooperative Agreement C-6-0069, between our respective agencies, "all <br />Director <br />proceeds from the sale shall first be applied to any excess costs of PHASE I, <br />Richard Murphy PHASE ll, PHASE III, and PHASE IV of the PROJECT, then any remaining sale monies <br />Director shall be credited to the Agreement.
