Develop ongoing evaluation methods to enable PRCSA to remain current, competitive and <br />viable. <br />3.1.9. Develop strategy for new and innovative revenue sources. <br />3.2. PROPOSER shall include recommendations to achieve financial goals within our current <br />infrastructure including: <br />3.2.1. Comprehensive implementation plan and action steps. <br />3.2.2. Ongoing evaluation methods to enable PRCSA to remain current, competitive and viable. <br />3.3. The final draft of the report will be completed with twelve (12) months of agreement. <br />4.
