The property is flat <br />and semi -irregular in shape and is currently improved with three office buildings that are occupied <br />by the County of Orange for government purposes. <br />The subject site is located in the Specific Development No. 84 (SD-84frransit Zoning Code) zoning <br />district with a subzone designation of Government Center (GC). The property also has a General <br />Plan land use designation of Institutional (INS). The existing uses are consistentwith both the zoning <br />and General Plan designations. Land uses surrounding the site include office uses to the north, an <br />office building and the former OCTA Transit Terminal (currently operating as a temporary homeless <br />shelter) to the south, and government office and court uses to the east and west (Exhibits 2, 3, and <br />4). <br />32C-5 <br />
