The <br />report includes tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule for all projects is available on the City's website at: <br />https://www.santa-ana.org/sites/default/files/pw/documents/Executive-Monthly-CIP-Update-March-2019 pdf <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant matters related to the Public Works <br />Agency: <br />Residential Street Repair Program (Fiscal Year 2017-18) <br />The Residential Street Repair project will provide for replacement of damaged and deteriorated <br />concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, cross gutters, wheelchair ramps, driveway approaches, and <br />localized concrete pavement at various locations throughout Madison Park and Heninger Park <br />neighborhoods. Construction work will start in summer 2019. <br />Bristol Street and Memory Lane Intersection Improvements <br />The Bristol Street and Memory Lane Intersection Improvements Project would involve the <br />widening of Bristol Street just north of Memory Lane to accommodate an additional through <br />southbound lane. Additionally, the proposed improvements would include the construction of <br />sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement, signal modification, and curb ramps at all intersections, <br />which meet pertinent requirements set forth under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. <br />Public Works Agency staff is finalizing the partial acquisition of three parcels. Construction <br />contract documents are slated to be completed and released for Bid Advertisement in Fiscal Year <br />2019/2020. <br />19D-1 <br />
