Both documents are <br />based on wide spread community <br />eneaeement and input. <br />(SAPD) Department continues to <br />support the Department's Explorer <br />Post, which recruits high school <br />students from the community. <br />Additionally, the Department is in the <br />process of re -vamping its Cadet <br />program with outreach planned into <br />local Universities to enhance future <br />hiring initiatives. <br />Community and Economic Development <br />The city will work to encourage businesses to locate and invest in our community to bolster our <br />local economy.
