Proposition 68 <br />contains direct per capita funding for <br />local parks, as well as competitive <br />programs from which the city can apply <br />for funding. Additionally, TPA worked <br />with the city to provide information <br />regarding the guideline development and <br />funding solicitation of various programs <br />within Proposition 68, including the <br />California River Parkways program and <br />the Cultural, Community and Natural <br />Resources Program. <br />(TPA) worked with the city and its <br />legislative representatives to provide <br />information on the city's priority park <br />projects for potential funding from the <br />Santa Ana River Conservancy <br />Program. TPA worked with the city's <br />legislative delegation to appropriate $5 <br />million in funding for the Santa Ana River <br />65A-37city of Santa Ana Legislative Scorecard 2018 19 <br />
