The primary focus <br />for these programs is to provide youth <br />opportunities to be actively engaged in a <br />safe and positive environment. <br />SCORECARD <br />(CM) The City of Santa Ana passed an <br />ordinance in January 2018 supporting <br />equal rights for all individuals. <br />(CM) The city entered an agreement with <br />the VERA Institute of Justice to provide <br />universal representation for Santa Ana <br />residents in an effort to promote this <br />initiative while maintaining public trust. <br />(CM) The City Manager's Office examined <br />the process to receive funding.
