The amendment includes additions to the original <br /> scope of work (four new City Parks and Year 2 of systems maintenance), <br /> and increases the overall agreement amount of $1,221,250 by $295,574, <br /> for a new amount not to exceed $1,516,824, subject to non-substantive <br /> changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
